The City of London School for Girls has arranged for a sponsored walk for Ukraine to take place around St Giles’ Terrace next Friday, 1 April 2022, from 1.20-1.50pm.
The Friday session will be the final stage of a 2860-mile sponsored walk, the distance from London to Kyiv. All members of the School have been invited to take part, and there will be some musical accompaniment and a collection for the Ukraine Crisis Appeal outside the School. The target is to raise £15,000.
Residents are very welcome to come along to this event. The arrangements have been planned to minimise any disruption to people living or working nearby.
