As you may be aware, the developers of 1 Silk Street held public consultation events on 23 and 25 July at the Roman Catholic Parish of Bunhill Row and at St Giles Cripplegate.

For those who did not manage to attend the events, you can find the presentation material here. Then click on Exhibition Boards – July 2024.
The developer’s website states that “We are still in the process of developing more details on our proposed building”.
1 Silk Street is a large and important site and, given its proximity to so many residential flats, it is important to pass on your views as to what is being planned to replace the current building.
If you have not already done so, please add your voice by submitting any thoughts you may have on the proposal shown both at the consultation and on the website here.
This stage of consultation will close on the Friday 30th August.
